On October 8th Torresol Energy’s Technology Director Juan Ignacio Burgaleta will participate in the 2nd Solar Thermal Power Specialized Conference organized by Intereconomía, to be held at Madrid’s Hotel Hesperia. The objective of this meeting is to bring together all the agents involved in the development of this form of energy in order to analyze and debate the challenges and opportunities it presents.

Accordingly, Burgaleta will give the speak "Planta GEMASOLAR y las dos nuevas plantas Valle 1 y Valle 2. Torresol Energy (The GEMASOLAR Plant and the two new plants, Valle 1 and Valle 2. Torresol Energy)". In it he will present the innovative system of storing heat in molten salts at high temperature, which can extend the period of normal operation of these plants in the absence of solar irradiation.
